Architectural Guidelines for Avila – (windows)

Windows – Should be constructed of vinyl or aluminum-clad wood and have exterior grids.  Vinyl or Aluminum windows may be approved, and must be bronze.  Under no circumstances are silver colored aluminum windows allowed.  Any reflective type glass must be submitted and approved.  Low E is the standard.  Super low E is green and not approved.  As a minimum on unadorned stucco walls provide a 1” deep by 4” wide stucco trim on all sides of the window openings.
